John (Dip L) commenced employment with Commins Hendriks in 1977. He graduated from the Solicitors Admissions Board course in 1983 and became a partner in 1984. He became an accredited specialist in Personal Injury Law in 1993 and became an accredited Mediator in 1996. John has a wide range of experience in litigation including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, coronial inquiries, public liability, product liability and professional negligence (in particular medical negligence). He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation.
